Muskurayega India Song Out! Akshay Kumar And Other Celebs Come Together to Bring hope Amid Coronavirus Outbreak
Several Bollywood actors came together to sing the song of hope, Muskurayega India, amid the coronavirus crisis. The song was released at 6 PM on Monday.
The song is titled as Muskurayega India (India will smile) and it is an initiative by Akshay Kumar’s Cape of Good Films and Jackky Bhagnani’s Jjust Music. It is sung and composed by Vishal Mishra and has lyrics written by Kaushal Kishore.
Besides Akshay and Jackky, the song features Bollywood actors such as Tiger Shroff, Taapsee Pannu, Vicky Kaushal, Bhumi Pednekar, Kartik Aaryan, Kriti Sanon, Ayushmann Khurrana, Kiara Advani, Rajkummar Rao, Sidharth Malhotra, Rakul Preet Singh, and Ananya Panday.
Movie critic and business analyst Taran Adarsh took to his Twitter account to share the official poster of the song, which has a smiling girl’s face fitted inside the map of India.
Currently, Bollywood celebrities are actively participating in India’s fight against coronavirus. Apart from spreading awareness about COVID-19 through their social media accounts, the celebrities have donated generous amounts towards various relief funds, especially to the PM-Cares Relief Fund.
Akshay Kumar, Vicky Kaushal, Aamir Khan, Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone, Kartik Aaryan, Varun Dhawan, Arjun Kapoor, Shilpa Shetty Kundra, Anushka Sharma, and Katrina Kaif are some of the celebrities who have provided financial aid.
Currently, the Hindi film industry has been hit hard due to the pandemic. While shoots of many films have been delayed. According to trade experts, the film fraternity has already incurred losses amounting to Rs 800 crore owing to the present scenario. These experts say that there is little chance of revival as several delayed films will be released back-to-back in days to come.
